<p><strong>Production Operative &ndash; Stroud</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Stroud<br /> <strong>Hours:</strong> Double Days Shifts</p> <ul> <li><strong>Early shift:</strong> 6.00am &#8211; 2.00pm (1.00pm Fri)</li> <li><strong>Late shift:</strong> 2.00pm &#8211; 10.00pm (1.00pm &#8211; 8.00pm Fri) <p><strong>Salary:</strong> &pound;14.35&nbsp;per hour &ndash; Temp to Perm</li> </ul> <p>First Base Employment has a requirement for a Production Operative to work with their client based in Stroud in one of their Production departments. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Working on a double-days shift rotation and reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of processes, assisting with machine maintenance and operation, and actively contributing to various teams and initiatives within the Plant.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operating machinery and ensuring proper maintenance</li> <li>Assisting with production processes and adhering to quality standards</li> <li>Actively contributing to team initiatives and improvement projects</li> <li>Reporting defects or issues promptly to supervisors</li> <li>Maintaining a clean and safe working environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills of a Production Operative:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working in manufacturing</li> <li>Background in machine operation and production</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li> <li>Good communication skills and ability to work in a team</li> <li>Proactive and adaptable approach to work</li> </ul>
