COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $30.00–$34.00 per hour
• Flexible full-time schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• W2 position

ROLE IMPACT
As a Bilingual Auto Collections Agent, you will help customers resolve early-stage auto loan delinquencies while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience. Your work directly supports account resolution, portfolio performance, and long-term customer relationships by providing practical payment solutions and ensuring every interaction meets compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact customers by phone and written communication to collect payments, secure payment commitments, and negotiate short- and long-term payment solutions for accounts 1–30 days past due.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for automotive loan accounts while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate account documentation.
• Research and locate customers using approved resources, including customer records, references, demographic updates, and authorized online research tools.
• Follow established collections policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures while identifying and escalating potential risks when appropriate.
• Monitor personal performance metrics including productivity, call quality, cure rates, adherence, and account resolution, while providing feedback to improve processes and training materials.
• Collaborate with team members across the United States and Mexico to deliver a consistent customer experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of collections experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages fluently.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
