Robotic Powder Coat Paint - Armstrong, Iowa
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 3:00 pm - 1:00 am (2nd Shift)
$22.25 - $31.04/hr DOE + $2.00/hr shift premium
OT required as needed
Job Duties
Operate and monitor robotic powder coat paint equipment in a manufacturing environment. Read job specifications and production requirements to set up and maintain robotic paint systems. Load and unload parts, verify proper paint coverage and finish quality, and make adjustments to robotic programs and equipment as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance, maintain production records, support continuous improvement efforts, and maintain 5S standards throughout the work area. Train and assist new operators as needed and support overall production goals. Robotic experience and a strong work history are preferred. May lift up to 50 lbs.
Safety Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to safely operate robotic equipment, powder coating systems, hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices. Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures is required.
