About the Role
- Planning, carrying out and coordinating administrative work for the Manager and the assigned area
- Assisting with day-to-day operations
- Organizing the Manager’s calendar and, if applicable, mailbox
- Drawing up presentations
- Organizing, preparing and the associated follow-up work for local and global meetings
- Planning, organizing and the associated follow-up work for business trips
- Generating various reports (e.g. overtime, vacation, KPIs)
- Placing orders and checking invoices
- Monitoring submission deadlines and tracking confirmations
- Obtaining KPIs and checking that they are plausible
- Assisting with (sub-)projects (project support)
- Completing specific administrative tasks in line with qualifications
