About the Role

Inspire EHC is recruiting experienced and committed SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in primary mainstream and specialist school settings across Norfolk. These positions offer consistent part-time and full time hours, with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities for candidates who are a strong fit for the school. What We Offer Temp-to-perm roles with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff Advance notice of school placements Experience across mainstream primary schools, SEND bases and specialist provisions A supportive Inspire EHC team with strong relationships across Norfolk schools Your Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND needs Adapt learning activities and resources to support pupil progress Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff Help maintain a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment Support children with communication needs, SEMH, behavioural needs or learning difficulties Contract Details Contract type: Temp to perm Days: Part time and Full time Hours: Approximately 08:30 to 15:30 Age range: Primary school Benefits of Working with Inspire EHC Inspire EHC is a specialist SEND, SEMH, and Mental Health recruitment agency.
