Accessibility Supply Operations Manager Fully remote within the United Kingdom (some travel may be required) 6 month contract £55,000-65,000 per annum I'm partnering with a globally recognised marketplace platform investing in improving accessibility across its global supply. They're hiring an experienced operator to build and scale programmes that improve the accuracy, completeness and adoption of accessibility features across listings. This is a high-impact, hands-on operations role focused on workflow design, QA, funnel optimisation and cross-functional execution - not policy. Responsibilities: Building and scaling workflows to collect and verify accessibility features Driving targeted supply initiatives ahead of major demand moments Integrating accessibility into existing host supply workstreams Partnering with Media Ops to capture accessibility features through professional photography Optimising vetting funnels, incorporating AI to improve validation efficiency Delivering measurable improvements in quality, accuracy and throughput Experience required: 5+ years in operations, programme management or supply roles (marketplace experience preferred) Proven experience scaling processes with clear, quantified impact Strong analytical capability (advanced Excel/Sheets required; SQL advantageous) Experience with QA frameworks, process documentation and operational tooling Confident cross-functional stakeholder manager, comfortable in ambiguity Exposure to accessibility concepts is advantageous This role will move fast so apply today!
