Together we work together for our clients and make sure everything is organised well. Functieomschrijving Work as customer service logistics professional: Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor shipment statuses and ensure accurate documentation is maintained. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimise supply chain processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions. Profiel As customer service logistics professional: You have MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level. You have experience in Customer service or administration within logistics department or within a logistic company. You have strong communication skills. You are available for 40h. You are fluent in English. You are handy with different software systems. You are keen to work in a dynamic working environment.
