About the role: Justteachers are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Warwick starting Sept 2026 . This full-time supply opportunity is available immediately, with shortlisting currently underway. The school is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported. Staff work closely together to encourage curiosity, independence and confidence throughout the Early Years Foundation Stage. Key responsibilities Supporting the class teacher with the daily delivery of engaging Early Years activities. Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils. Encouraging children’s social, emotional and language development. Creating a positive and safe learning environment. Supporting observations and assessment activities where appropriate. Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. Pre-requisites: A Level 3 Early Years qualification. Previous experience working within an Early Years setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A sound understanding of child development. Two professional references, ideally from education or childcare settings.
