About the Role

We are looking for a German based Senior Manager Revenue Operations (all genders) who will play a key role in operationalizing top leadership directives by closely collaborating with functional and local market leaders. The future placeholder will have a pivotal role as a senior professional within the CEO's office, offering extensive exposure and engagement with the company's senior leadership. This role entails a deep understanding of core commercial decision-making processes and aligning with the organization's future strategic direction.  CHALLENGE Sales Process Development: Develop and implement standardized sales processes, ranging from lead generation to deal closure and execution, serving as templates for local markets and fostering sales professionalization across the organization. KPI Framework Definition: Define a comprehensive framework of SaaS sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance at each sales funnel stage, translating into a holistic topline forecast model. Lead Qualification Methodology: Enhance and deploy a globally unified lead qualification methodology (MEDDPICC). Sales Progress Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis and benchmarking of sales progress, identifying strategic areas for improvement. Propose process adaptations or training needs accordingly. Global Sales Reviews: Establish global standards for sales reviews at team, market, and global levels. Lead market reviews with top management. Best Practices Exchange: Moderate a global platform for the exchange of best practices, market insights, and competitor intelligence. Support for Local Markets: Provide quantitative insights to support managing directors in local markets, facilitating the derivation of effective go-to-market strategies. FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH... Experience: 4+ years of experience in management, sales consulting, or revenue operations. Project Management: Proven experience in leading and successfully completing multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with international teams.
