font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for ensuring that the Medication Room of the clinic is in full compliance with all facility or clinic policies, Federal and State Laws and Regulations at all times.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Supervises daily clinical operations for staff, makes staff assignments and creates schedules, updates schedules for providers and support staff when changes are made.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Supervises and evaluates work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service or maintenance staff for the work group, and other clinic staff, as directed.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for ensuring that medical records for patients are in compliance with facility or clinic policies, Federal and State Laws and Regulations at all times, will review medical records to ensure compliance.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversees quality assurance activities and compliance with operational standards, participates in program development, development or implementation of operating policy and procedure, and promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices, as requested.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assists with the recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">May be required to administer medications per physician/provider orders, accurately documents medication administration, and ensure accurate count of controlled substance medication administration on required documents.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">May be required to perform blood and other specimen collection and processing and reading test results as ordered by Program Physicians.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (RN)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Supervisory experience preferred, unless otherwise required by State or Licensing requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient).</span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Previous nursing experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, such as outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities.</span></p></li><li data-start="237" data-end="402"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="239" data-end="402"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including the safe handling, administration, and documentation of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.</span></p></li><li data-start="403" data-end="534"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="405" data-end="534"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in medication dispensing, monitoring patient dosing, and observing for adverse reactions or medication interactions.</span></p></li><li data-start="535" data-end="676"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="537" data-end="676"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Understanding of nursing best practices related to substance use treatment, including trauma-informed care and harm reduction principles.</span></p></li><li data-start="677" data-end="845"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="679" data-end="845"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
