Meet Eddie Ruiz, an Account Manager from Salinas, California, whose journey at RDO Equipment Co. started with a leap of faith and turned into a career he’s proud of. Growing up around agriculture, Eddie stepped into an entry‑level warehouse and parts role with little formal experience, but a ton of drive.

Five years later, he’s thriving in both inside and outside sales, supported by extensive training that’s taken him across the country, from Arizona and Florida to North Dakota. Eddie’s story highlights what’s possible when opportunity, support and passion for the job come together.
