As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define project needs.
- Work closely with technical teams on configuration, system design, and testing.
- Manage documentation such as Functional Requirements Specifications.
- Support customer implementation, manage issues, and ensure quality delivery.
- Conduct system reviews and assist with acceptance testing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience interfacing with customers in a consulting environment.
- 2–3 years performing business analysis and/or process re-engineering.
- Strong technical documentation and organisational skills.
Additional Skills
- Business requirements analysis and documentation.
- Project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of system development methodologies and testing processes.
- Experience with LIMS or laboratory systems.
