We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Business Development and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and lead business growth efforts in the CEE region (Central & Eastern Europe). The ideal candidate will be a key player in propelling our company to new heights by driving automation, lead generation, and fostering client relationships with enterprise customers across the CEE market. Requirements - 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development and Sales within a solutions-oriented business role. - Clear understanding and experience of selling complex technical solutions to enterprise clients directly and/or via partners. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with 5G, IoT hardware/software, edge computing, and related technologies. - Solid technical background (engineering, IT, or telecommunications experience or education preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and Polish, other local languages is an advantage. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment. - Results-driven with a passion for automation, digitalization, and industrial transformation. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Responsibilities - Sales Process Execution: Effectively close deals and secure new enterprise customers in the CEE region to drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial objectives and growth targets. - Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through active outreach and networking. Work with marketing to enhance lead generation campaigns tailored for the CEE market. - Client Relationship Management: Forge and sustain strong customer relationships. Customize solutions to meet specific enterprise needs in manufacturing, utilities, logistics, and smart city domains. - Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of 5G IoT and edge/cloud platform advancements. Clearly articulate product benefits and use cases to technical and business stakeholders. - Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations and demos in both English and Polish. Address technical and business queries promptly and accurately. - Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales metrics and pipeline for the CEE region. Use data to identify and act on growth opportunities. - Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product development, engineering, and support to deliver a unified and high-quality customer experience. - Market Research: Perform ongoing research to identify new leads and assess competitive offerings in the CEE market.
