Early Years Practitioner

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Nuneaton to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a well-established Early Years provision where creativity, curiosity and child-centred learning are at the heart of daily practice. Staff benefit from excellent professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support high-quality Early Years provision
• Deliver communication and phonics activities
• Monitor children’s learning and development
• Build positive relationships with children and families

Pre-requisites:

• Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
