With over 30 years of experience, we have delivered world-class transportation operations for the world’s most complex events, including the FIFA World Cup™, Olympic Games, and Formula One. TMS is honored to lead the KC2026 Transport Mobility Plan, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in delivering a seamless experience for fans and stakeholders.

The Role: We are seeking versatile Operations Managers to provide on-site leadership for our transportation hubs. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to be part of a historic event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate on-site staff, ensuring all team members are positioned and performing according to the daily operational plan.
  • Operational Execution: Manage real-time logistics, including shuttle arrival/departure scheduling and load-zone management.
  • Communication: Act as a key point of contact for staff, reporting updates to project leadership and resolving operational bottlenecks on the fly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and site-specific operational procedures.

  • Dynamic interpersonal skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, from frontline staff to project leadership.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Experience in events, transportation, or logistics is a major plus, though we welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, or service management backgrounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in a field environment.
  • Availability: Must be available for 40-hour work weeks, including weekends and varying shifts throughout the tournament.
