Functie Lead and drive the global IT Internal Controls agenda with a strong focus on SAP environments Support and oversee SAP S/4HANA transformation from a controls and risk perspective Perform IT risk assessments and maintain the IT control framework Manage and coordinate internal and external audit activities Review and improve IT General Controls (ITGCs) and automated controls Collaborate with global stakeholders across Europe and the US Provide guidance and oversight to offshore teams Drive continuous improvement and automation within the controls environment Ensure timely and high-quality reporting to senior management Support remediation of control deficiencies and monitor progress Profiel Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Controls or Risk Strong experience with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) Knowledge of SOX, COSO and IT control frameworks Experience within Big 4 or international corporate environments is preferred Strong stakeholder management skills in international environments Ability to work independently within a small team Excellent communication skills in English Certifications such as CISA, CIA or CPA are a plus Aanbod Competitive salary between €80,000 - €95,000 plus bonus up to 25% Opportunity to work in a truly global role with international exposure Involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects Clear career progression towards Senior Manager level Hybrid working model Work in a high-performing, international environment Strong learning and development opportunities Contact Randy Balkissoon Referentienummer JN-042026-7001338
