Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent

<p>A surveying and construction consultancy based in Central London are looking for a commercially aware Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent who has experience delivering developments within the living sector.</p> <p><strong>The Company that the Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent will join: </strong></p> <p>The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent will be joining a fast-growing consultancy that includes the director, associate directors, project managers, cost consultants and building surveyors. The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent will be joining a consultancy that have built a strong reputation for delivering excellent schemes in the residential sector. </p> <p>The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent will be delivering exceptional schemes that are predominantly located in London and surrounding areas and have contract values up to £150m.</p> <p><strong>The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent role:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent will be experienced at delivering pre and post contract duties across schemes such as PBSA, mixed use buildings, co living and build to rent properties.</p> <p>The Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent will need to be a client-facing and highly motivated individual as they will be communicating with client and stakeholders on a daily basis. </p> <p><strong>You will be responsible for: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Driving forward live/upcoming Project from design-construction phase</li> <li>Communicating effectively with internal/external parties ensuring that Projects are progressing</li> <li>Communicate with senior members of the project and cost consultancy team</li> <li>Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate Directors and Stakeholders</li> <li>Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints</li> <li>Attending meetings with clients</li> <li>Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working for a construction consultancy</li> <li>Knowledge of working within the residential / living sector</li> <li>MRICS status or working towards it</li> <li>Employers Agent experience is helpful</li> <li>A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal</li> <li>Driving Licence / Car would be useful</li> <li>Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>What would be offered:</strong></p> <ul> <li>£75,000-£85,000 per annum salary package</li> <li>25 days annual leave + bank holidays</li> <li>Competitive bonus structure up to 18%</li> <li>Hybrid available &#8211; 1-day WFH</li> <li>Site visits expensed for</li> <li>6% pension contribution</li> <li>Cycle to work scheme</li> <li>Work phone / Laptop</li> <li>Regular company events</li> </ul> <p>If you are an experienced Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a forward-thinking construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.</p> </p> <p>02038083802 &#8211; 07401083877</p> <p>Reference &#8211; LB1323952</p> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/bGIuNzc5MjQuMTEzMDlAZXJuZXN0YW5kZmxvcmVudC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif"></p>
