A fast-growing, design-led product studio building advanced AI-powered digital products is looking for its first marketing hire.

This is a hands-on role for an entrepreneurial marketer ready to build a marketing function from the ground up — from strategy and positioning to execution and optimisation. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape the brand narrative, drive growth, and directly support commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Define and own marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market activity
• Execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, content, PR, and SEO
• Create and promote thought-leading content and case studies
• Run experiments across organic, paid, and partnerships
• Set up owned events to generate qualified leads
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, content, campaigns, and performance
• Track performance and optimise for pipeline and revenue impact

Who you are

• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments
• Strategic yet highly hands-on
• Commercially minded, comfortable supporting sales and client conversations
• Experienced in B2B, tech, product, or SaaS marketing
• Curious and confident using AI to work smarter
• Strong communicator with solid CRM and marketing-tool experience
