Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Office - Lombard, IL 60148Salary Range: $63,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/yearResponsible for creative execution of concepts and designs on projects including marketing collateral, web-based graphics, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, and trade show graphics from start to finish under the direction of the Senior Manager—Global Creative Services. Delivers on-time, best-in-class creative designs that are visually compelling, execute the creative strategy, and build lasting brand value.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities  Collaborate with team leaders at project kick-off to ensure background, objective, and initial project direction and deadline is understood  Conceptualize design solutions that align with approved strategy and media specifications  Deliver innovative creative designs using internal/external tools and resources, within the perimeters of the global brand guidelines  Present design concepts to functional team with clarity and strategic reasoning  Utilize our internal project management software to ensure cross-functional team approval  Support efficient digital asset management for distribution to our global partners  Contribute to ideation meetings and provide effective feedback in group critiques  Create new product mockups for Sales team line reviews  Closing Statement:  Stay current on today’s design trends and emerging AI technology  Maintain car care industry knowledge through retail store visits, website research, and general industry immersion  Other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications:  Undergraduate degree in design or related field with 4-7 years’ experience in a Creative Department  Advanced level knowledge with the Adobe Creative Cloud software—specifically AI, PS, and ID  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications  Experience working on a Mac platform  Solid examples of past work in a portfolio, showing passion for their craft  Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, usability and other design principles  Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense  Positive, motivated, collaborative team player. Strong listening skills.  Illustration skills highly preferred  Confidence in conveying design thinking  Ability to receive constructive criticism and translate it into better designs  Understanding of different printing methods (flexography, lithography, digital, screen) and file prep for production  Strong verbal and written communications skills  Excellent organizational and time management skills  Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:  Normal office duties  10% travel  Equal Opportunity Employer: Disability/Veteran Benefits at a Glance At Turtle Wax, we offer a competitive and all-encompassing benefits package for our team members.
