Für eine Bank im Raum Hannover suchen wir einen Abteilungsleiter Risikocontrolling. Die neu geschaffene Position bietet die Möglichkeit, eine Führungsrolle von Grund auf zu gestalten und das in einem kollegialen Umfeld mit nahem Vorstandskontakt und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines siebenköpfigen Controlling-Teams sowie aktive Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
• Gesamtbanksteuerung unter Berücksichtigung aufsichtsrechtlicher Vorgaben
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand bei der Umsetzung der Geschäfts- und Risikostrategie
• Verantwortung für eine konsistente interne und externe Berichterstattung

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder bankfachliche Qualifikation mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
• Mindestens sieben bis acht Jahre Erfahrung im Risikocontrolling, Erfahrung in mehreren Risikoarten von Vorteil
• Sicheres Kommunikationsverhalten im Managerumfeld
• Kenntnisse in agree21 oder vergleichbarer Banksteuerungssoftware von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1+)
