Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED – 

Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm $22.50

Answers inbound and places outbound calls with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Takes care of somewhat complex customer inquiries and problems and non-routine matters.
