Active participation in the development and establishment of structures within a newly created compliance team; planning, coordination, and follow-up of compliance topics; processing of projects for the harmonization, optimization, and standardization of SOPs in the area of Clinical Supply; creation, revision, structural restructuring, and functional adaptation of SOPs; alignment of the SOP landscape in the area of Clinical Supply with other areas within Development and with global guidelines; creation of individual and overarching curricula/learning packages for Clinical Supply employees; proactive addressing of inconsistencies in quality-relevant incidents/procedures/processes; preparation for and follow-up of, as well as participation in, internal and interdepartmental meetings related to compliance topics.
- Completed Master's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry or Pharmacy with professional experience, alternatively relevant training with many years of professional experience in biopharmaceutical development, production or technical fields.
- In-depth technical understanding of production areas and processes
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, planning and organizational skills
