In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance and repair work on machines and installations. You will ensure that the technical systems function optimally so that production targets are achieved efficiently and safely. Working on unique machines in the workshop, delivering custom work rather than mass production;Assembling various components, both manufactured in-house and purchased externally, and building the machines from start to finish;Assembling the parts with precision according to drawings, checking your own work, and making minor adjustments independently;Consulting with the foreman for solutions to more complex issues;Performing operations such as grinding and drilling;Thoroughly testing every movement of the machine to ensure optimal operation;Actively contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring that everything is neat and ready for transport;Acting as a valuable source of information for colleagues thanks to your knowledge and experience;Working in a close-knit team of eight mechanics, where cooperation and craftsmanship are key.
