Graphic Design Full-time On- site - Opole B2B Contract of Mandate Contract of Employment Mid Requirements You’re a perfect fit if: you have at least two years of experience in a similar position; you have very good knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects); you can create compelling graphics and animations for social media platforms and websites; you are creative, think outside the box, your designs are eye-catching and stand out from the crowd; you are able to work with the brand book and adapt to the style specified in the assignment; you demonstrate independence, good organisation, and can work under the pressure of time; you pay attention to details and ensure that your projects are well-executed; you have communicative proficiency in the English language; you are not afraid of constructive criticism and want to develop your skills in the gaming industry; you want to work in a cohesive team where knowledge and ideas are shared; you are up to date with trends in 2D/3D animation and digital storytelling. Preffered Nice to Have: knowledge of 3D animation (e.g. Blender); experience in video editing; understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, squash & stretch); familiarity with AI tools supporting the creative process. Job Description You will be responsible for: creating animated promotional materials for marketing activities across various communication channels (including social media, digital campaigns, display, and landing pages); co-creating creative concepts; translating ideas and static layouts into dynamic video formats; editing video materials and handling basic sound design; ensuring the consistency of promotional campaigns and maintaining a high level of their execution; collaborating with the marketing, sales, HR, and other internal teams.
