About the Role
We are currently hiring Material Handlers (Pickers & Packers) for warehouse opportunities in Lebanon, TN! In this position, you will help keep warehouse operations moving efficiently by picking, packing, scanning, labeling, sorting, and preparing products for shipment. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are important. Pick and pack customer orders accurately Receive, store, move, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse Use an RF scanner to scan and track products Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping information to determine products needed Pull products from designated warehouse locations Sort and place products on racks, shelves, pallets, or in designated storage areas Assemble customer orders and prepare products for packing or shipment Label products and materials with identifying information Count products to ensure order accuracy Move materials between receiving, storage, packing, and shipping areas Assist with loading and unloading products as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all warehouse and safety procedures Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Picking & Packing Labeling RF Scan Gun Shipping & Receiving Order Fulfillment Warehouse Safety Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
