Job Description
  • Meet and exceed department service and quality standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions and process improvements.
  • Support the implementation of solutions to improve service levels and client experience.
  • Serve Cash management, ACH and Commercial Card customers via various channels.
  • Independently service clients on a variety of financial products and technical issues.
  • Diagnose, prioritize, resolve, and escalate technical and procedural issues.
  • Partner with operational support staff to reconcile client problems.
Critical Information
  • Hours may be 10am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday or 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
  • On-site position, working 5 days in the office.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • High School (GED Equivalent), Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years of customer service and call center experience; banking experience preferred.
