About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) site in Leeds. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role within a development of 300+ apartments, offering a great opportunity to be part of a growing operation.

You will be the heart of the development and the first point of contact for all residents, playing a key role in shaping their experience. No two days are the same, and you’ll be involved in everything from front-of-house service to supporting the wider team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent front-of-house service to residents and visitors
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Support a positive and motivated team environment
  • Manage administrative tasks including maintenance logging, tenancy records, and email enquiries
  • Support resident engagement activities and events
  • Assist with tenancy processes including move-ins and move-outs
  • Monitor rent payments and follow up on arrears
  • Conduct property tours and support leasing activity
  • Respond to enquiries and follow up on leads
  • Help achieve occupancy and revenue targets

About You

  • Experience in PBSA, Build-to-Rent (BTR), co-living, or hospitality/hotel environments is desirable
  • Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of the role
