About the Role
<p><strong>Finance & HCM Programme Manager (Oracle Fusion) 6-month contract outside IR35 (London) </strong></p>

<p>SystemsAccountants are partnered with a leading client embarking on an enterprise-wide transformation programme. The business is seeking a Finance & HCM Programme Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of the ERP solution — from scoping and requirements gathering, through design, configuration, deployment, and post–go-live support. This role requires strong expertise across both functional and technical areas of Finance and HR, combined with exceptional stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work across multiple countries, leading the SI partner and driving effective change management.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP programme strategy</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Build and manage programme plans covering resources, budgets, risks, and issues to keep delivery on track.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Oversee third-party vendors, SI partners, and internal IT teams to ensure solution components are delivered on time, in scope, and to the expected quality.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Facilitate requirements workshops across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and IT to capture business needs.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Shape the programme roadmap, lead on TOM design. </p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Provide direction and governance across ERP solution design for Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement).</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Drive strategy and execution for data migration, master data management, and integrations, alongside HR modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Learning).</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Support key decisions around system configuration, testing approach, and performance validation.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Serve as the main link between senior business stakeholders, IT, and delivery partners.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Lead, mentor, and guide project managers, business analysts, and change teams to ensure successful outcomes.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Create and execute a change management approach to drive adoption across Finance and HR user groups.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Champion the cultural shift towards standardised ERP processes and ongoing improvement.</p>

<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>French Fluency preferred. </p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Solid understanding of ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion) across Finance and HR modules.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Proven background delivering large-scale ERP programmes within complex, regulated, or safety-critical environments.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Knowledge of system integration, data migration, master data management, and reporting/BI solutions.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Finance & HCM expert across accounting, payroll, tax, pensions, and HR compliance requirements.</p>
<p>–<span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Proven track record of managing programmes valued at £10m+ with multiple vendors and workstreams.</p>
