The role will include fault investigation and resolution, escalation and preventative maintenance. Some previous experience of a digital printing environment is essential as well as good all-round IT skills. Ideal Qualifications: Electro-mechanical HND – or Relevant Industry experience Full driving license and passport Product and industry knowledge to include- Wide Format, Inkjet, Digital Print IT and print related applications Windows operating system Training and Presentation skills Problem solving Description of main purpose of job: •Fault investigation, escalation and resolution •Preventive maintenance servicing •Installations •Extended support •On-site and remote customer support •Paperwork, administration and procedures •Exhibition support •Communication .
