We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to take ownership of performance across a dynamic student accommodation portfolio. Salary: ÂŁ35,000 - ÂŁ38,000 per annum + Commission

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Performance & Delivery
n- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Executives to achieve ambitious targets
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and yield across the portfolio
- Monitor pipelines, lead management, and conversion rates
- Step in on complex enquiries and high-value opportunities
- Take ownership during peak trading periods and campaign launches

Team Leadership & Development
n- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Set clear KPIs and conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture

Pipeline & CRM Management
n- Ensure strong discipline in CRM usage and data accuracy
- Track and optimise the full sales funnel—from enquiry to booking
- Deliver weekly insights and performance reports
- Identify trends and recommend improvements
n
Reporting & Forecasting
n- Support revenue and occupancy forecasting
- Highlight risks and opportunities early
- Use data to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes

Collaboration & Customer Experience
n- Work closely with operations and marketing teams
- Align sales activity with availability and campaigns
- Deliver a seamless, customer-first booking journey
- Handle escalations professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For
n- Proven experience in a sales leadership or senior sales role
- Track record of delivering against targets, revenue, or occupancy goals
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Confidence using data to drive performance
- Highly organised with a process-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
