About the Role
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Client Services Manager for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC. This position is a direct-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via phone, email, and face-to-face contact
Assist management with both internal and external projects
Provide recommendations and suggestions for internal controls and procedures
Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations results
Participate in the preparation of marketing efforts, customer satisfaction surveys, and client meetings
Develop educational materials for new and existing customers
Attend trade shows and conduct in-services for new business
Serve as a direct liaison for customer requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
2-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in a business-to-business Sales/Client Services role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong decision-making, communication, time-management, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to process large amounts of data and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
