<p>Programme Lead – Strategic Planning and Public Health needed in Macclesfield</p> <p>This is a temporary contract initially paying £32.34ph PAYE</p> <p>The reference number is:                   5293350</p> <p>The successful candidate will lead complex programmes, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive co-production with people who use services to shape sustainable, person-centred models.</p> <p>Essential requirements include:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in Adult Social Care Commissioning</li> <li>Experience in managing large-scale projects</li> <li>Ability to develop pricing structures and payment models that support quality and financial sustainability</li> <li>Strong influencing, negotiation, and partnership skills to deliver change across the system</li> </ul> <p>Programme Lead to deliver the Care at Home (CAH) recommissioning programme.
