About the Role:
As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality lessons, provide targeted support to pupils, and occasionally lead whole-class sessions when required.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident stepping into a teaching role, enjoys working across different year groups, and is passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons
• Lead whole-class teaching when required
• Provide targeted interventions and support for individuals or small groups
• Assist in assessing pupil progress and adapting learning strategies
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

What we're looking for:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working in UK primary schools
• Confidence in leading a classroom and supporting learning independently
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
