PROJECT COORDINATOR

Compensation Range: $40.00 - 46.94 per hour

This strategic opportunity embeds you alongside top-tier leadership to orchestrate complex, cross-functional delivery. You will optimize operational workflows and manage vital project health metrics to ensure the seamless execution of a high-visibility technology portfolio.
 
Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional project execution and Jira roadmap maintenance across multiple technical workstreams to ensure mission-critical milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
• Manage end-to-end financial tracking, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis to mitigate budgetary risks and safeguard total project financial health.
• Facilitate seamless communication and strategic alignment among business stakeholders, technology partners, and executive leadership to foster a collaborative, high-performing project ecosystem.
• Proactively mitigate operational risks, system bottlenecks, and cross-functional dependencies to protect project scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of enterprise-level project coordination experience supporting complex corporate initiatives or large-scale technology implementations.
• Must-Have Tech/Specialized Expertise: Advanced proficiency utilizing Jira and Smartsheet for project tracking alongside Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) for sophisticated data management.
• Proven Track Record/Business Impact: Demonstrated success managing project financial lifecycles, including purchase orders, capital/expense budgeting, forecasting, and multi-million-dollar variance reconciliation.
• Education/Soft Skills/Tools: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, combined with an autonomous ownership mindset and the exceptional communication skills required to brief senior stakeholders.
