Associate

We are currently working with a leading independent Corporate Finance advisory firm who are looking to add a Corporate Finance Associate to their growing Dublin team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly active advisory business with exposure across M&A, debt advisory, fundraising and strategic corporate finance. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle, working directly with senior advisers, business owners and investors from day one.

The role:

• Assisting on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions

• Preparing financial models, valuations and business plans

• Supporting debt and equity fundraising mandates

• Conducting financial analysis, market research and due diligence

• Preparing client presentations, information memoranda and transaction documentation

• Working closely with senior stakeholders throughout live deal processes and negotiations

The requirements:

• Recently qualified ACA, ideally from a Big 4 or leading mid-tier firm

• Exposure to Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Deal Advisory

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in Corporate Finance
