About the Role
Position Purpose:
Join our Global Talent Attraction team! Due to our expansion, we are looking for a new colleague, a Talent Advisor with English and German/ Spanish language. You will have a possibility to work with JTI entities in the Western Europe region continuing to engage and attract the most diverse talents. Our team focuses on recruiting employees for all functions like: Sales, Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, R&D, Product Development, Legal etc. and allowing you to be a valuable partner for our entities. We look for a true Talent Advisor who will provide in-depth market insights to our Hiring Managers.

Main areas of responsibility:
JTI entities support
Delivering and managing end-to-end recruitment process for each assigned vacancy in the scope in line with company’s Talent Attraction standards and metrics (setting briefing call, job posting in line with sourcing strategy, long list creation, shortlist creation based on competencies-based interviews, Hiring Manager interviews coordination)
Delivering and managing end to end recruitment process
Becoming a reliable business partner for local HR and Hiring Managers in responsible markets
Providing each Hiring Manager with guidance to ensure their awareness of the process and compliance requirements and market factors, advising on the best and most effective recruitment channels
Manage related reporting and ensure timely communication with Hiring Manager and local HR during the process.
Requirements:
University degree
At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience as a recruiter, agency experience is an added value
Experience working with international clients and candidates, in a Shared Service environment, HR experience would be extremely beneficial
English– fluent, good knowledge of other languages like German and/or Spanish will be a big plus
Strong knowledge of the Talent Attraction/ Acquisition process
Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: interviewing and time management skills
Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus
MS Office package user
