Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) Location: Newcastle Firm: Well-Established UK Firm | Growing Residential Property Team Salary: Attractive Salary + Strong Benefits PackageThe Role & The Work A well-established UK firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ - 4 PQE) to join its growing Newcastle office, offering the opportunity to play a key role within a busy and expanding property team.The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering efficient, commercially focused conveyancing services, particularly within the corporate and lender-led property market. Acting for a range of institutional clients, asset managers and lenders, the team handles a steady stream of transactions and provides a streamlined end-to-end conveyancing service.In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property sales from instruction through to completion, with a particular focus on matters arising from corporate and repossession instructions. The work involves coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders including asset managers, lenders, borrowers and third parties, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and in line with client service level agreements.Day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing contracts and legal documentation, reviewing titles, obtaining searches and reports, liaising with interested parties and managing sale progression through to completion.
