Support cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and system authorization activities across federal environments. Ensure information systems remain secure, compliant, and authorized through assessment, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Perform security control assessments and ensure compliance with FISMA, RMF, NIST, and federal security requirements
• Support continuous monitoring activities and maintain evidence within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms
• Develop and maintain authorization documentation including ATO packages, SSPs, POA&Ms, PPS reports, and supporting artifacts
• Coordinate remediation activities and corrective actions with system owners and technical teams
• Conduct vulnerability assessments using tools such as Nessus, DISA SCC, STIGs, and SRGs

• 5+ years of ISSO experience
• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-37, RMF, FISMA, and NIST security controls
• Experience supporting ATO lifecycle management and continuous monitoring
• Experience developing security authorization documentation and compliance artifacts
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and remediation processes
• Familiarity with Nessus, DISA STIGs/SRGs, and GRC tools
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Experience supporting Department of State (DoS) cybersecurity, information assurance, or security compliance programs
• Experience developing and maintaining ATO packages and RMF documentation within federal environments
• Familiarity with continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and GRC platforms
• Experience collaborating with government stakeholders and supporting security authorization activities across enterprise environments
