The Role

• Develop and own key broker relationships across the North of England

• Underwrite and trade P&C risks with a focus on profitable growth

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in a competitive market

• Negotiate terms confidently, balancing risk and reward

• Build a sustainable, high-performing regional portfolio

• Act as a key market representative for a growing, credible platform

What We're Looking For

• Experience within a recognised insurer in a broker-facing underwriting role

• Strong P&C underwriting background with a commercial mindset

• Frustration with overly rigid processes-and a desire for more ownership

• Established broker relationships across the North

• Confident decision-maker who thrives with autonomy

• Ambitious, proactive, and growth-oriented

• £65,000 - £80,000 base salary + performance-related bonus
