About the Role
This role supports bacteriological production by ensuring all materials, equipment, and resources are available for high quality antigen manufacturing. Working within a motivated production team, you will support the goods flow, media preparation, sterilization, and GMP documentation processes. The position offers a broad scope within a fast-growing production network using state of the art cultivation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Handle goods flow including receiving, ordering, and warehouse maintenance.
- Load, operate, and manage autoclaves and sterilization equipment.
- Support media preparation and mobile vessel cleaning/sterilization.
- Assist production teams by ensuring availability of materials and equipment.
- Work with advanced cultivation technologies ranging from small-scale to large single use systems up to 1500L.
- Execute and process GMP documentation accurately.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma environment).
- Collaborate with support staff, media preparation teams, and coordinators.
Requirements
- MBO 3 degree or higher.
- Affinity with pharmaceutical/biotech production processes.
- Strong awareness of quality and safety in production.
- Good command of Dutch (spoken and written).
- Experience working in cleanrooms is an advantage.
- Ability to register and follow up on deviations, SOPs, procedures, and equipment issues.
- GMP experience is considered a plus.

- Day shift with working hours: 07:00ā15:30.
