As an IT Integrator, you will:
- Manage and coordinate large-scale IT initiatives across multiple teams and domains
- Create and oversee end-to-end IT implementation plans ensuring timely delivery
- Identify, track, and manage dependencies across squads, tribes, and global teams
- Coordinate development activities and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines and best practices
- Work closely with developers, system administrators, business stakeholders, and management
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and remove delivery impediments
- Ensure proper coordination of testing activities and end-to-end execution
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of experience in IT project management and coordination
- Strong experience working on banking or financial services projects
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional IT initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working
- Experience in stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines effectively
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Coordinate large programs across multiple teams and domains
- Align technical execution with business objectives
- Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive delivery in fast-paced and complex environments
