This is not just about managing accounts &#8211; it&#8217;s about seizing opportunities and delivering results within an existing customer base.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and expand a portfolio of current SaaS clients</li> <li>Identify and close opportunities for upselling and cross-selling</li> <li>Create and implement account plans to drive revenue growth</li> <li>Engage in meaningful conversations with decision-makers and offer tailored solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns to increase account value</li> <li>Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and updates in Salesforce</li> <li>Follow a structured sales process and provide performance reports to leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Early experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or account management</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of growing accounts, generating revenue, and meeting targets</li> <li>Ability to manage pipeline activity and maintain forecast accuracy</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with decision-makers</li> <li>Self-starter mindset with a focus on urgency, follow-up, and attention to detail</li> <li>Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment that is always evolving</li> <li>Knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus</li> <li>Preference for candidates with a stable work history</li> </ul> </div>
