Our client, a leader in the high-tech manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Program Manager, you will be part of the IT Program Management Office (PMO) supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT Program Manager

Location: Milpitas, CA or Wilmington, MA (4 days a week onsite)

Pay Range: $120-$140

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Lead large, complex, cross-functional IT programs from initiation through close, ensuring alignment with business strategy, scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
  • Plan and execute enterprise-scale ERP programs across various departments including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, and IT
  • Establish and maintain integrated program plans, dependency maps, critical paths, and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams and vendors
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, driving timely mitigation and escalation
  • Operate as an owner of program outcomes, balancing speed, quality, cost, and risk with a strong value-delivery mindset

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex IT programs in global, matrixed environments
  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementations or transformations
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
