Key Essentials Reporting to the Contract Manager, responsible for monitoring high volume PIA FTTH projects on existing / new network build involving civils, underground fibre (cabling / splicing) and overhead pole works Overseeing the management of Supervisors, staff and subcontractors Ensuring all works are completed within Health, Safety, Quality and Streetwork guidelines Managing KPI’s and the productivity of staff Ensuring that schemes are delivered within tight timeframes and budgets Holding regular review meetings with subcontractors; ensuring that they are completing allocated work accordingly Key contact in liaising with the client whilst conducting regular progress meetings Requirements Project Management experience of high volume PIA / Openreach FTTH projects Telecoms network build experience Civils experience Methodical operational experience with good man-management skills First Aid – CSCS Card Clean driving licence Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary 28 days’ holiday a year Company Vechile Fuel card Development and training opportunities Excellent Career progression
