Responsibilities
Resolve customer questions about eGain Cloud SaaS solutions via phone, chat, and email.
Troubleshoot customer problems, working with product engineering.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.

Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
Functional section – this is a take-home programming test
Step 2
Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
