<p>As an Employment Tax Senior Manager within this team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional client service. This is a London based role. You’ll play a pivotal role in advising on high-profile transactions, managing technically demanding projects, and driving growth in a supportive, forward-thinking team.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead employment tax advisory and compliance projects across diverse sectors.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.</li>
<li>Manage complex consulting engagements, ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of technical developments and industry trends, sharing insights with clients and colleagues.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Significant experience in employment tax within consultancy, legal, or large corporate environments.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge of key employment tax issues, including:
<ul>
<li>Expenses & Benefits (PSAs, P11Ds)</li>
<li>Employment Status (IR35)</li>
<li>Payroll (PAYE, RTI, audits)</li>
<li>Termination Payments, CIS, NMW</li>
<li>HMRC audits and disclosures</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Proven track record in business development and project delivery.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.</li>
<li>ATT and/or CTA qualifications (or equivalent) preferred.</li>
</ul>
