About the Role
An international company based in Barcelona seeks a Central Finance and Reporting Lead to support global SAP finance transformation projects. The role focuses on delivering strong solutions across Central Finance and Group Reporting while working closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams. As an internal consultant, the mission will be drive enhancements and complex changes within the SAP ERP environment, as part of the transition from ECC to S/4HANA,. The role also covers activities across ICMR, Blackline, and core SAP FI processes to help ensure stable and accurate financial operations. The role will also play an active role during month‑end and year‑end close activities and support the continuous improvement of financial reporting and reconciliation processes. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 10 years of SAP Finance consulting experience Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Central Finance and Group Reporting, Experience with intercompany flows and end‑to‑end financial scenarios. Experience with system upgrades, technical validation, and onboarding new company codes is also valuable. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish would be beneficial. The position offers flexible hybrid working with 3 days expected in the office and the chance to work on large‑scale finance transformation initiatives.
