Quality Inspector (Night Shift)HertfordshireIf you're a Quality Inspector who takes pride in getting things right first time, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.We're working with a well-established precision engineering manufacturer supplying highly regulated industries, with a strong order book and ambitious plans for continued growth. As investment continues across the business, they're looking to strengthen their quality team with an experienced Night Shift Quality Inspector.This is a business where quality isn't an afterthought. You'll be inspecting complex precision machined components that demand accuracy, working alongside an experienced engineering team in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.What you'll be doing:Carrying out first-off, patrol and final inspection of precision machined componentsUsing a range of manual inspection equipment and CMMs to verify component qualityProducing inspection documentation including First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102)Supporting calibration activities and ensuring measuring equipment remains compliantWhat we're looking for:Previous experience inspecting precision machined componentsConfident using a wide range of inspection equipment and interpreting engineering drawings with GD&TCMM experience, including programming, would be advantageousA background within aerospace, defence, automotive, medical or another high-precision manufacturing environmentWhat's on offer:Permanent night shift (Monday-Thursday, 21:45-08:00)25 days holiday6% employer pension contributionLife assuranceLong-term career stability within a growing engineering businessIf you're looking to join a business where quality standards are genuinely valued and your experience will make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.Click Apply, and Kieran Evans will be in touch to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
