This is your exit plan.</em><br /> <br /> You’ll be a Vehicle Technician for a Japanese Premium brand for their flagship site. This is arguably the best workshop of its kind in the South of England.</p>
<p> It’s possible you’ll take £50,000 – the bonus opportunity can reach up to £1000 per month for hitting your targets.<br /> <br /> And if you’re looking ahead, there’s clear room to grow – whether you’re looking for brand Accreditation <em>or </em>to move into a Senior role. <br /> <br /> And you could even become a Master Technician within 5-6 years.<br /> <br /> <strong>What you’ll need to have</strong><br /> </p>

<li>Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) with ideally an MOT license</li>
<li>The mind-set to solve problems</li>
<li>A driving license</li>
<li>That’s it.</li>
