Associate Tax Director – London A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Associate Tax Director to support and lead a UK corporate tax team. The role involves managing a portfolio of complex clients, overseeing compliance and advisory matters, and contributing to the strategic direction of the department. Key Responsibilities: - Lead tax compliance and advisory work for a portfolio of corporate clients - Manage and develop a team, including performance management, training, and recruitment - Drive operational excellence and maintain high standards of client service - Support business development and contribute to commercial performance - Collaborate across departments and with international teams to deliver client solutions - Provide technical expertise and guidance on UK and international tax matters Requirements: - ICAEW, ACCA, or CTA qualified - Strong UK corporate tax knowledge and experience with advisory and compliance matters - Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and drive commercial results - Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills - Experience with international tax, including treaties, transfer pricing, and cross-border advisory Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits - Opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing tax team - Exposure to a diverse and challenging client portfolio - Part of a supportive, collaborative, and globally connected organisation Please send your CV to apply.
